Built on Preparation. Driven by Pride in the Finish.
Mask Pro Painting is a locally owned painting company focused on careful preparation, open communication, and professional finishes. Proper masking and surface prep are treated as the foundation of the work, not an extra step.
Michael Balderas
Owner and Lead Painter
Michael is a painter himself. He started Mask Pro Painting because he believed the painting industry could be represented better, and he wanted to bring his own passion for the craft and a higher standard for quality to the people he works for.
Mask Pro Painting is locally owned and family-rooted in the remodeling industry, and that background shapes how every project is handled.
How we approach every project
Preparation Comes First
Proper masking and surface preparation are treated as the foundation of a clean result. There are no shortcuts to a quality job.
Communication Matters
Open communication and the relationships built along the way are a core part of how the company works with every customer.
Respect for Your Property
Careful masking, protection of the surrounding areas, and clean work are part of the process, not an afterthought.
Quality From Start to Finish
Every project is different, but the standard for careful work, quality, and responsibility stays consistent.
